- 24/7 partner support
The program
How the authorized reseller program works
You sell, set the prices and bill under your own brand. We run the platform and the setup behind it. Your customers see your name on the invoice and, where the product allows, your logo on the portal. You buy at wholesale, set the retail price and keep the margin. It is one of two routes in our partner programs.
BluIP is a licensed phone carrier, so calls have backup routes and fail over automatically when a line goes down. Our integrations add 2,900+ connections into the systems your customers already use. You can also sell internet access and data connections with the phone system.
Partners get a named partner manager, a partner support line at (702) 690-4455 and the same 24/7 network operations team that watches enterprise traffic. Cutovers happen outside business hours. You sell. We handle setup and support.

Margin and full control
What reselling BluIP adds to your business
Recurring revenue you keep
Every seat, trunk and contact center license renews monthly under your agreement, and your customers pay you directly. A one-time project becomes monthly revenue, and every customer who stays adds to it.
Fewer vendors for your clients
Your clients are tired of paying one vendor for dial tone, another for the phone system and a third for support. When you sell them voice, contact center, SIP trunking and internet access together, they get a single bill and call you for help.
Margin without building infrastructure
You do not buy call-switching equipment, data center space or carrier connections. The cost of starting is training time, so the first year stays affordable while you build the practice. No hardware sits on your balance sheet.
More to sell on every account
Buyers want calls that connect, caller details that follow the call and nothing lost between systems. An AI receptionist, call recording and real-time reporting give you more to offer on every account.
Products
What you can sell
Most partners lead with one product and add more once the first deal renews.
Cloud PBX and UCaaS
Cloud PBX and UCaaS (unified communications as a service) covers calling, messaging and collaboration across every site, with central admin and reporting. Desk phones, softphones and mobile apps run on the same platform.
Best for:multi-site businesses replacing an aging on-premises system.
SIP trunking and carrier services
SIP trunking connects your customer's current phone system to the public phone network, with capacity that grows and automatic failover.
Best for:customers keeping their current system but replacing legacy circuits.
Cloud contact center
Cloud contact center handles high-volume calls, chats and email from one agent desktop, with routing, supervisor dashboards and the customer's record on every interaction.
Best for:patient access teams, reservations teams and enterprise support groups.
Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams Phone adds calling to an organization already standardized on Teams, through Operator Connect or Direct Routing as a Service.
Best for:IT-led accounts where Microsoft is the incumbent platform.
AI receptionist
The AI receptionist answers routine calls, finds approved information and completes requests inside connected systems. AIVA is the platform behind it. It hands anything that needs a person to your customer's team with the caller and the request attached.
Best for:front desk and reception teams that answer the same questions all day.
Compare the programs
Authorized reseller vs. referral partner
Both programs are open, and many resellers start as referral partners before taking on billing. The choice comes down to how much of the customer relationship you want to hold.
Swipe sideways to see every column
The reseller program fits when phone service is already part of your managed services and you have people who can answer first-line support questions. The referral program fits when voice sits next to what you sell and you do not want to staff a help desk. Partners move between the two as their practice grows.
Partner types
Is reselling right for your business?
The program works best for four kinds of business.
Managed service providers
You already manage devices, security and networks for your customers. Adding phone service keeps a competitor from using it to win the account, and it raises revenue per client.
Regional VoIP and telecom resellers
You sell VoIP today on a platform you do not control, so outages land on you with no way to fix them. With BluIP, our engineers fix problems on the phone lines themselves.
IT consultancies in regulated industries
Your clients work under HIPAA or similar rules, and every new vendor goes through a security review. BluIP provides the documents those reviews ask for.
Hospitality technology integrators
You install property systems and get asked about phones on every project. BluIP is Marriott-approved and pre-certified with Oracle OPERA, with 2,200+ hotels and 450K+ rooms on our hotel phone systems.
When the reseller program does not fit
We do not offer mobile or wireless service. A web design agency with no telecom practice will also find these sales cycles long, because IT, security and finance all weigh in.

Frequently asked questions
What resellers ask before they join
You do not buy any infrastructure. The cost of joining is training time and sales capacity.
Partners buy services at wholesale rates and resell them at prices they set. No call-switching equipment, data center space or carrier connections are needed. Your partner manager confirms program terms, wholesale rates and any minimum commitments during onboarding, because they vary by product and volume.
Resellers hold pricing, billing and the customer relationship. Referral partners introduce the opportunity and get paid on the close.
As a reseller you sign the contract with the customer, set the margin, invoice under your own name and answer first-line questions with our support team behind you. The referral program has no billing or support duties. Partners often start there and move to reselling once phone service becomes a regular part of their business.
Yes. White label and private label options exist, and what you can brand varies by product.
Your brand can carry the invoice, the quote and the customer conversation, so your name is what the account sees day to day. Which parts can carry your branding, including the portal and logo placement, differs between Cloud PBX, contact center and carrier services. Your partner manager confirms the detail before you quote.
You handle first-line questions, and our 24/7 support team handles everything behind them.
You take the first conversation because you hold the relationship. Behind you, our support team monitors the service around the clock and takes escalations through the partner support line at (702) 690-4455 or partnersupport@bluip.com. Network status is public at status.bluip.com, so you can check what is happening at any time.
You set your own prices on every deal.
You pay wholesale rates and decide the retail price. You can bundle voice with your managed services, lower an entry price to win an account or hold margin where you are the incumbent. Most partners package services into a single monthly line, because customers who are cutting down their vendors care about one bill more than a per-seat comparison.
Wiring is reused and users keep their numbers. Analog handsets keep working, and proprietary handsets from a legacy manufacturer are the ones that get replaced.
We list which phones stay and which need replacing during discovery, so the quote holds no surprises at cutover. Our engineers run the cutover with your team, including number porting and setup, so the first project does not take over your whole technical team.
Yes. The platform supports HIPAA-compliant deployments and enterprise security reviews.
Calling has redundancy, failover and round-the-clock monitoring built in. The platform is SOC 2 Type II attested and HIPAA compliant. Healthcare and finance customers usually ask for documents on data handling, retention and access control, and we provide them during the security review. Bring your partner manager into those conversations early, because a compliance question answered late stalls the deal.
Most partners finish training and quote their first deal during onboarding.
The order is application, partner manager, platform and support training, then rate cards and packaging. Sales training runs at the same time as technical training, so your team can write proposals while engineers work through setup. Timing depends on how many people you enroll and which products you lead with.
Yes. Resellers can sell both.
It answers routine calls, finds approved information in connected systems and completes requests where integrations allow. Anything that needs judgment goes to a person with the full context. In hospitality, partners quote it with Cloud PBX, and hotels see up to 75% fewer front desk calls after AIVA goes live. For clinics and patient access teams, the same capability is sold as an AI voice agent with scheduling and after-hours coverage.
We manage partner coverage in each market and do not sign every applicant in a region.
The program is built for partners with an established practice. Too many resellers in one market squeezes everyone's margin. Territory, account registration and conflict rules are reviewed with your partner manager when you apply. Bring your target account list to that conversation so any overlap is settled before either side invests in a deal.
