Integrations by product

What each BluIP product connects to

Integrations work a little differently in each product. AIVA reads and updates your systems while the caller is on the line. Cloud PBX and the contact center bring the caller's details to the phone or the agent's screen. Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams and SIP trunking connect your phones to the phone network, to other phone systems and to BluIP's AI. Hotels, health systems and companies with many locations all run on the same platform.

Hotel systems

Hotel integrations work across BluIP products

Our property management and hotel system integrations aren't tied to one product. Oracle OPERA Cloud, OPERA 5 and 35+ other property management systems, along with service, spa and dining platforms, connect to Cloud PBX for hotels, AIVA, AIVA Connect Studio and the contact center. Cloud PBX for hotels has the most property management integrations.

AIVA and AIVA Connect Studio

AIVA reads your systems and writes the update back

AIVA, BluIP's AI receptionist, connects to your customer records (CRM), your ticketing system or, at a hotel, your property management system (PMS) through an API or MCP (Model Context Protocol). Where a system allows changes, AIVA completes the transaction in it, so the call ends with the request done.

Your team sets up those connections in AIVA Connect Studio, the no-code tool where you build the workflows AIVA carries out. A checkout can update the guest's bill, a maintenance request can open a ticket, and changes go live without a software release.

AIVA at a hotel

How AIVA works with a hotel's property management system

A hotel property management system (PMS) holds the guest profile, the room status, the guest's bill (the folio) and the reservation. A two-way integration reads that data and writes back, so AIVA can update a reservation, raise a service ticket or post a charge to the bill.

Because BluIP carries the call, AIVA knows the room number when the phone rings. Our certified OPERA connection then pulls the guest and the reservation. That connection runs through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP), Oracle's integration service for OPERA.

So when a guest in Room 412 calls to push checkout back an hour, AIVA does not ask for the room number. It finds the reservation, changes the checkout time in the PMS and confirms it before the guest hangs up. Nobody at the front desk has to open a screen.

Cloud PBX and hotel phone systems

Cloud PBX brings the details from your systems to every call

Every business runs on the same Cloud PBX and UCaaS platform. We add the integrations and applications your business needs, whether you run hotels, a health system or a company with many locations.

For hotels, our hotel phone system is pre-certified with Oracle OPERA Cloud and OPERA 5 and integrates with 35+ other property management systems, including legacy integrations through Jazzware. It also connects to other hotel applications, such as hotel operations and ticketing platforms and guest messaging systems. It is approved by Marriott and many other hotel brands.

For enterprise companies and health systems, the same platform integrates with customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and electronic health records (EHR) applications.

Cloud contact center

The agent sees the customer's record with the call

BluIP delivers, integrates and supports NiCE CXone and Cisco Webex Contact Center. Our cloud contact center connects to CRM, ticketing, billing and industry platforms, with documented APIs for anything custom.

With Webex Contact Center, Salesforce and the major CRM platforms connect directly, so the customer's CRM record is on the agent's screen with the call. With NiCE CXone, we connect to many property management systems, including Oracle OPERA Cloud and OPERA 5, and to Salesforce, ticketing tools and patient scheduling in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Where no connector exists, our developers build one.

Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams

Connect Microsoft Teams to the phone network and your other phone systems

Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams connects your Teams users to the public telephone network, so they place and receive outside calls in Teams. It is one calling plan, deployed as Direct Routing as a Service or Operator Connect.

With Direct Routing as a Service, BluIP hosts and runs the session border controllers (SBCs) in the cloud, and Teams users share one coordinated dial plan with users on other phone systems. If Teams is unavailable, we re-route calls to other locations, or straight to BluIP's AI in the cloud. With Operator Connect, you select BluIP in the Teams admin center and we connect your tenant.

SIP trunking

Keep your phone system and connect it to AIVA

BluIP SIP trunks connect your existing phone system to the phone network over BluIP's carrier network. Your phone system stays in place.

The trunks also connect directly to AIVA, our AI receptionist, which answers calls in the cloud without giving up call quality or volume. Cellular backup is included on every BluIP SIP trunking solution.

Read only, or read and write

Is your integration one-way or two-way?

A one-way feed shows the data. A two-way integration can also change it.

FactorOne-way feedTwo-way integration
What it readsA few details, such as a name or a statusThe full record, such as a reservation, an account or an open ticket
What it writesNothing; staff retype it by handUpdates, such as reservations, service tickets and charges to a hotel bill
Staff workManual workarounds stay in placeThe task is done during the call

A read-only feed still helps with reports and dashboards. A two-way integration lets AIVA finish the task, so the call ends with the request done.

Time lost to manual work

Signs your integrations are holding you back

Most integration gaps show up as time lost at the front desk or on the phones. These four are worth fixing first.

Your staff retype data between systems

When someone reads a number off one screen and types it into another, the integration is missing or one-way. The minutes add up across every shift, and so do the errors.

The AI answers but cannot act

A voice agent that reads a script but cannot update a record or open a ticket can only take messages. Answering a question and finishing a task are different jobs.

Callers repeat themselves after a transfer

If a caller explains the problem, gets transferred and explains it again, the systems are not sharing what they know.

Each new location needs a new integration build

For a hotel group, a health system or a company with many locations, every new site should start with the same connected systems. If each one is a fresh integration project, the setup will not grow with you.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about connecting your systems

All of them. AIVA, Cloud PBX, the cloud contact center, Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams and SIP trunking each connect to the systems around them.

AIVA reads and updates your CRM, ticketing system or property management system during the call. Cloud PBX connects calls to property management systems, hotel applications and customer records. The contact center puts the customer's record on the agent's screen. Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams can put Teams users and users on other phone systems on one dial plan, and SIP trunking connects your existing phone system to the phone network and to AIVA. The BluIP platform has 2,900+ integrations in all.

Through an API or MCP (Model Context Protocol), set up in AIVA Connect Studio.

Studio is the no-code tool where your team connects AIVA to your systems and builds the workflows it carries out. Where a system allows changes, AIVA completes the transaction in it. At a hotel, the room number comes in with the call, and AIVA uses it to look up the guest and the reservation through the certified OPERA connection or the API your PMS offers.

Yes. BluIP is pre-certified with Oracle OPERA Cloud and OPERA 5 and connects through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP).

AIVA reads the guest profile, room status and reservation from OPERA, then writes changes back: charges to the guest's bill, cancellations and service requests. Our Cloud PBX for hotels is pre-certified with OPERA Cloud and OPERA 5 and integrates with 35+ other property management systems, including legacy integrations through Jazzware. Those property management integrations also work with AIVA, AIVA Connect Studio and the contact center.

No. BluIP connects to the systems you already run.

Hotels keep Oracle OPERA, Infor HMS, Agilysys and the major reservation and service platforms. Contact centers keep Salesforce and their ticketing tools. Where a standard connector exists, we use it. Where a system offers an API (a published way for software to exchange data), we can usually connect to it, and our developers build connectors where none exist.

Yes. Our cloud contact center connects to CRM, ticketing, billing and industry platforms.

With Cisco Webex Contact Center, Salesforce and the major CRM platforms connect directly, so the customer's record is on the agent's screen with the call. With NiCE CXone, we connect to Salesforce, ticketing tools and many property management systems, including Oracle OPERA Cloud and OPERA 5.

Yes, with Direct Routing as a Service.

BluIP hosts and runs the session border controllers in the cloud as part of the service, and Teams users share one coordinated dial plan with users on other phone systems. If every user is on Teams, Operator Connect lets you select BluIP in the Teams admin center, and we connect your tenant.
