Introduce clients who need better communications

This program is for advisors and consultants whose clients need more from their communications: an AI receptionist for the calls a team cannot keep up with, a phone system near the end of its life, a contact center or phone lines. You make the introduction, and we handle the rest.

Use this form to refer a client who needs better communications, or to ask about becoming a BluIP referral partner. Tell us who you are, whether you are already a BluIP agent, and what your client needs. Our partner team will be in touch.

Who refers to us

Built for advisors your clients already trust

The people who refer to us usually work closely with a small number of clients who trust them. They do not want to sell a product line, hire technical staff or run a migration themselves.

Health systems and large companies run on the same phone, contact center and AI platform as our hotels. The full range is under solutions, and the hotel side under hotels and resorts.

The other program

If you want to sell, sign the contract and hold the customer relationship yourself, the Authorized Reseller program fits.

How it works

We handle every step after your introduction

You tell us about the client. We take it from there: qualification, discovery, the demo, the technical review, the contract and delivery. Your part ends at the introduction unless you want to stay involved. Many partners do, because they know the client's setup better than we will in the first few weeks.

We keep you updated on where each deal stands, including when it stalls or falls through.

After the handoff

Your client stays in good hands

You are handing over a relationship you built, and how we treat that client reflects on you.

99% of our customers stay with BluIP. Support runs 24 hours a day from our network operations center. A dedicated project manager runs each migration, and cutovers at live hotels happen outside business hours with no impact on guests.

Fees and timing

How you get paid

Referral fees are agreed deal by deal, because they depend on the size and shape of each opportunity.

Most deals take six to nine months to sign, and longer when a hotel brand approval or a security review is involved. Referrals here are slow but high-value, so plan for a long cycle.
