How JW Marriott Miami gave its staff 718 hours back

At JW Marriott Miami, the front desk line stopped being a bottleneck. In its first seven months, from July 2025 to February 2026, AIVA automated or diverted 27,645 calls. Once the guest service integration went live, it auto-created 1,905 service requests in under four months. Routine calls never reached a person, and guest requests were logged without anyone typing them.

The deployment returned 718 labor hours to staff and delivered a 125% annual return on labor savings alone.

How a community health center kept answering after hours

At a community health center, the phone line is the front door for patients, and the same staff who check patients in also answer it.

Our AI receptionist answered scheduling, reminder and directions calls itself and sent clinical and urgent calls straight to staff. It kept answering after the doors closed, on a HIPAA-compliant platform.
